Revamped weapon spawn system. Supply crates now fall from the sky.

Redesigned the HUD.

Items can no longer be picked up immediately after being dropped.

Map Editor

Added SpawnWeaponArea tile. See the help entries SupplyCrate and SpawnWeaponArea for more details on how to set it up in your own maps.

Added SpawnFireCircleTrigger and SpawnFireNodeTrigger to be able to spawn fire through triggers in the MapEditor. Also added script API methods for spawning fire.

Weapons and items can now be dragged directly into the map editor.

Improved the response time in the map-editor tile list.
